Shipping
Information:
Deliveries are provided
by An Post parcel delivery and DHL.
iSport.ie is providing free shipping on all orders within
the Republic of Ireland.
Our delivery times vary depending on type of product purchased.
Most deliveries will arrive within 4 to 7 days. We will
send you an email when your item/s have been dispatched.
You can always check the status of your order by sending
an email to info@isport.ie.
Bicycle deliveries may take 4 weeks approx.
depending on manufacturer's production run.

Returns
Policy
At iSport.ie,
we want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order
placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item
for whatever reason, you may contact us by email at
info@isport.ie
within seven days stating the reason for
return.
Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty
or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be
returned for a refund of the purchase cost less 10% restocking
charge. All returns must be organised within 21 days of
receiving your order. Items must be unused and still have
their original packaging and labelling attached. Nothing
in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your
responsibility until it reaches us, and so we advise that
you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. Please
also note that we cannot accept liability for any items
damaged during transit so we advise you to ensure the goods
are packaged adequately.

Polar
Service Return Card:
When your Polar products
needs battery replacement or other service, please fill
out the attached Polar Service Return Card and send it together
with the unit to the address given on a card. Your product
will be serviced as soon as possible. Polar current service
turn around time is seven working days.
