Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund of the purchase cost less 10% restocking charge. All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and so we advise that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. Please also note that we cannot accept liability for any items damaged during transit so we advise you to ensure the goods are packaged adequately.
